ESC Workshop Stay sane
Based on the current situation and measures in connection with the occurrence of the COVID-19 in Slovakia, we have prepared a special Stay Sane workshop for you. During the workshop we will also address questions like:
- What is happening in the outside world and the inside world during the outbreak.
- What are we going to do during the time spent home?
- How do we commit and motivate ourselves.
- How to deal with stress and anxiety.
When: 23. april 2020 and 30. april 2020 at 15.00 – 17.00

V roku 2020 organizujeme školenia pre dobrovoľníkov vďaka finančnej podpore: Projekt Európske zbory solidarity, ktorý je financovný z finančných prostriedkov Európskej Únie v rámci programu Erazmus +, MŠVVaŠ v SR a IUVENTA- Slovenský inštitút mládeže. Školenie sme organizovali v spolupráci s INEX Slovakia, A4 a Mladiinfo Slovensko.
